There's ALWAYS going to be enhancements possible. R&D is ongoing, who wouldn't agree a full color display is not a future requirement? If you can improve the mouse trap, people will buy it. Further, who says the Product Platform in development isn't tailored to a particular un-named customer?
Yes, off base because the 4 enhancements are for the first product platform being funded by OCAST peanuts, not the 3rd Prototype. The 3rd prototype only needs the glass. We may see limited dilutions for operating and administrative expenses. We need non-dilutive funding to create a specific product application utilizing the CSpace technology. The image space glass may also be included in this funding. Vic said they want to keep the dilution to a minimum. It can't fund what they want to do and will pursue free money first.
