Maybe K&L Gates and the higher powers advised Peregrine that its unethical to announce a possible BTD or two or further make any announcements till the time is right and manufacturing is the #1 concern

Get your manufacturing up to top notch speed, ramp up production of Bavi big time..... before you even think about describing the MOA of Bavi and having everyone calling, looking for it...

Maybe the FDA and the higher powers do not want any monopoly to take form and the only way to avoid that is open up Bavi to all ( .. just do a few more combination trials while manufacturing ramps up, while March Madness follows, while you give your KOL's time to explain to the industry what is about to happen...

All hell breaking loose asking for their Bavi and the FDA and the higher powers are like that Walmart opening up at midnight after Thanksgiving and everyone looking for the hottest immunotherapy treatment around.. except no sales in Tustin for no one.

BMS ? CALICO ? ...anyone ? ironically.... maybe the FDA told all the competition to STFU lol : ) and they will all have their equal chance at Bavi when the time is right

so what do they do ? They all start to go on M/A and buying sprees... but the problem is, no one wants to sell ( a couple asset swaps..etc) but they know the cancer immunotherapy market is just about to be lit up for many years to come and those Billions of revenues are about to improve big time
