do you really think uspr put out a pr because posters on a mb screamed a lot?

look at the dates. work was completed june 14th. 4 days later pr is written. 2 days later it is filed with sec, and made public. do you think it was the screaming, or that uspr had something important to say to its shareholders, and did so in a timely fashion?
