uspr always PR's when message board posters start pulling out, or threaten to pull out. When investors get to the end of the dark uspr tunnel. uspr always feeds them some blah, blah, blah. .0641 by end of November.


Read the PR, it's about the companies, which uspr fictitiously invented, then gave shares to those companies, then sold the shares. It's a joke, It is like slapping investors and laughing at them. I think it's funny too. HA HA HA HA ROTFLMAS.

That's not a timely fashion. There is no logical reason for a pr that is written to take 2 days to be released to the public. The pr and the 8k do not have to be released concurrently. The pr could have been issued on the 18th, as it was intended, and the 8k filed today. All would be SEC compliant.

And the other question would be why did it take 4 days to write a 4 paragraph pr? One paragraph a day?
