Nope, it sure doesn't, J. If it did, FILM would have been running much, much closer to the 52wk low of .03, than the 52wk high of .50. But I guess some/most see something that others don't.;-)

Me to. Also what other otc after this long since r/s has gone up? None I know of. Shows low float and tightly held. Were as most OTC after a r/s just go back to diluting the market float. Not Film.
