Judging from the events and information (I know all of it) I tend to think it's coming to that point soon.
I do not know the time frame the SEC works on but I am nearly certain it won't be much longer.
SFMi is a Fraud Sceme to enrich Quilliam Family and Jack Ringer
Those like Tom Ridenour is going to caught in the wash here and I would say he likely turns on Pierre along with Several others
Pierre,Christian and Jack Ringer need to pay with incarceration.
Anyone who knows how to read filings knows what this is once they've been alerted to investigate it.
