of course Macy's will issue that statement, I wouldn't expect them to say anything different; and I didn't expect JCP to do anything else but APPEAL, even though the judge really sided w /JCP ... it's all just optimistic PR dupe for th shareholders and their pps... the judge has already implied DON'T EXPECT MUCH in terms of $$
