Name change happened last week and news should come in the following weeks. No one here has insider informations and company would never say anything which is not public yet. We don´t have these informations yet.

Everything is speculation at this point. Original plan was an IPO but they eventually went with a reverse merger. I believe the CEO has worked for HEMP and MJNA, there could be some connections to work with. Sorry I don't have any more specifics- but when the specifics finally come out it should fly.

mr s worked for mjna (market cap of 200 m) as the cfo for about

a yr or 2

mr s's son worked for hemp, (market cap of 100 m)

mr s is the lawyer for a bunch of otc companies

they have been planning this since 2012....

they have been very discreet and quiet about the whole thing

i have seen many articles about the need for more labs ...

and the current labs are over-whelmed with phone calls ...

officially, they have not announced any lab locations or

any revenue generating... they have stated that they have the

equipment.....

so, i don't know... i can understand that there can be many

skeptics because there is simply nothing to go by...

but, to me, seems like a whole lot of effort and time has been

put into this to get us this far....

with all of mr s's connections in the weed world ... i see

something that has been in the works, happening soon.

but most important ...

is the share structure...

on 4 occasions now, the bid/ask has soared when there is buying

volume...

for me, we started at 2 cents ....

soared to 8 ....

then soared to 15 ....

then soared to 30 cents on 2 occasions...

and really, not that much buying volume on those days...

zero dilution

ridiculously low o/s and float.... (46 m, 13 m)

this is the key ... when & if we ever get news

on lab locations, lab certifications, lab partnerships

etc.....
