Joe will now harp on anything he conceives....

as negative about ERHE, because he sold his shares at 63 cents,lmao....and then purchased PXD, which dropped like a rock.

Joe is a great contrarian indicator, and probably the worst trader, I have ever seen.

He does have a way with words however....and will claim that he's making a fortune trading stock.

He's sort of a legend, in his own mind.

If I'm not mistaken, a 144 sale can be made anytime in a 90 day window from the date of filing. If the sale isn't made completely, the sale of remaining restricted shares requires a subsequent filing. It is very common for shares to NOT be sold during the specified time period.
