A quick internet check shows that the Principal of Iroquois Capital LP, is Joshua Silverman, a managing partner.
The Principal of Vertical Ventures LLC, is Joshua Silverman, a managing partner.
Joshua Silverman has sole voting and investment powers over the shares owned by both companies.
Insider & Form 144 Filings show that Iroquois Capital LP had a planned sale of 226,388 ERHe shares dated 23-May-05.
Cranshire Capital LP, did have a planned sale of 1,922,576 ERHE shares dated 7-Mar-06.
I didn't find anything about Vertical Venture's sale of ERHC.
I don't know what Joe's point is in bring these sales up.
It looks like his dates are wrong on some of them and it is a non-event anyway.
I would say that these folks sold way to eary.
