Interesting that you have 1 post ever. I have received a my orders in a timely fashion and whenever I contact MCIG I get a personalized reply usually in 1 day. I call BS!
Yeah what gives it away is the part about poor customer service not answering emails. If you had a real order you would have been taken care of unless you cannot follow simple instructions.
yea, that is unfortunate. If thats really your experience ordering with the company, its a bad sign and you are right someone else could come in and start selling these things, but I dont think this is the business where you set-up shop overnight and a big secret to there success will be branding their products effectively and consistently and reliabily supply their product to the market and vendors.
