I agree mcig will lose market share fast enough, since they have virtually no customer service, or after sales team.
Somebody else will soon start to sell the same product and kill what edge they currently have.
I've been waiting over 2 months, paid in full, for a test package and get nothing more than an automated email as a reply to my questions!
I think I'll wait until the new kid on the block comes out, with business savy, before I give mcig any more of my money
