They have No fuel to run the Mill
The Electric to the Loader / Crusher is fried
Millions in Debt including 300 K to the IRS and State Back Payroll Taxes
PQ never even paid the employee with holding taxes to the IRS!!
B&W Fuel who delivers diesel with cash in advance only has Delivered $10,000 in fuel past 3 months
The mill requires 39 Gallon per hour to run
Do the Math in 3 months maybe 70 hours of mill time
The only SFMI is producing is Stock Certificates and the transfer agent needs ink cartridges
PQ is running the clock out to pay off JMJ and escape
