That is because nobody is selling, only buying!

There is no reverse split coming and it would be put to a shareholder vote with ample notice like in the past. Anybody saying a RS is going to happen is total BS and speculation.

Federal funding is more likely to happen long before a RS. Longs are patiently waiting and buying more shares on dips.
