A proper P/R with "real" funding will have the names of two or more parties involved in the funding, key dates for funding, etc. etc.! Until then .... IT IS FLUFF!
OK, so who is giving this POS $7 mil? You can bet it is for discounted shares. My guess is Southridger Partners or CPUS. If that is the case, the authorized will go into the many billions.
Two things are important for CBYI rock. 1, 7mm fund agreement closed in near future; 2, products begin to ship and revenue coming in In next 10 days. It will rock to cents level if these two things confirmed..
MAX, Just looking at your sticky from June 18th concerning the 7 Million dollars in funding for the CB GREEN CARD. That PR right there should have increased the pps of CBYI greatly:
"There are today currently approximately over 2000 Legally Licensed Marijuana Dispensaries within the US across 23 States, projecting over $3B in sales for 2014, representing an increase of almost 100% in revenues since 2012".
JUST THINK IF OUR GREEN CARD COULD JUST DO A FRACTION OF THE 3 BILLION IN SALES. THE SOONER THE CARD COMES OUT THE BETTER. WE ARE WAY OVERDUE FOR SOMETHING GREAT COMING OUT OF THIS COMPANY.
