Big board? An exchange? Who is he kidding? They are not even close to meeting the listing requirements for an Exchange. It is pure crap.

Now if his idea of a "big board " is OTC QB (which wouldn't surprise me because his idea of an AUDIT is pretty warped) well that is doable... ;-)

The restatement of the last two years fins is going to be interesting...and depending how far removed they are from the fins already submitted you will be able to judge pretty quickly if this company is actually worth anything. If it is the "class action" lawyer PR's will come fast an furious looking for plaintiffs. If they don't, they don't see anything worth going after. Not a great circumstance either way.

Baristas expects to file its Form 10 Registration Statement including the full set of audited financials with the SEC within the next seven days. The currently filed financials may be subject to further adjustments at that time. Subsequently the Company expects to become fully reporting and will up list accordingly to a senior exchange....
