They're going to release two years audited and the Form-10. This is the precursor to uplisting. BH says likely this Friday after tomorrow's review. That probably means next Tuesday - lol.

In my experience it takes at least a year to uplist to a big-board after the Form-10 is filed. But at least we'll have what everybody has been asking for, the holy grail, actual audited financials.
