And Henthorn gave himself an extra week to get all the prior financials out, nevermind that he said he would have them out last week. I guess audited financials for BCCI are like hovercars -- always in the future.

Baristas will be filing amended audited 10K and 10Q financials for years 2012, 2013 in the next week

Today:

Baristas expects to file its Form 10 Registration Statement including the full set of audited financials with the SEC within the next seven days
