He might have said something along that line in anticipation of the IENT merger being completed. I was concerned when I was informed that he was investing in a new company and asked him if he would be dumping shares. He told me he was to get stock options but never did so there where no shares to dump. Doesn't matter anymore since Danny has no connection to IENT as of last Dec.
