True. According to State Law - QTN cannot hire any new employees until all the back pay is taken care of. All of the backpay. How can they hire new execs until they take care of the previous debt?

under general principles, yes..I agree..The bs parties have to stop.

But...THAT particular trade show is PARAMOUNT in getting carriage and exposure. Q's reputation is HORRIBLY damaged now, and by NOT showing up at that show, it sends a VERY bad signal.

Q needs to make an appearance there..even if it's scaled back. And, MOSTLY so that the mucky-mucks DO NOT SEE FRANK anywhere, but see the 'new face' of Q.
