GOOD point, did QTN ever file with the California Sec. of State as an operating company from Washington State?

I don't think they ever did. And if they didn't, they are breaking the law, and an illegal comp. operating out of California.

That language is common for disclaimers as it is printed in news releases. How come we never hear any ITHC shareholders bitching? Because they are happy with Pittera and their investment. Nance while you are at it why don't you tell us what the GAAY float is and who owns the programming? These are questions I am interested in. Why not ask management who owns ATV and BTV. Certainly not triangle! Lets get some fresh news. Not how Pittera saved the shareholders thats old like you.
