Correct, most IENT investors bought IENT because they thought Danny Hammett had merged his company into IENT. The merger was never finalized and Danny departed from IENT in Dec, some six months ago, facts that JW failed to disclose to investors.

I chose to continue to follow Danny who has now merged with another company and I would not consider IENT a good buy at this time.
