If he's wrong then we have been taken for fools for the past 6 years by everyone and more importantly than anyone Sussman and his band of merry men (and women)

Go back and read the postings on this board about how this great attorney, nay one of the greatest attorneys at this kind of thing was going to save the day and had the HUGE dirt on Jamie, Sheila and all the scumbag dealings at JPMC.

We had the closed, behind the doors envelope, Rosen shaking in his boots when he emerged from the closed door meeting and Sussman the great attorney turning up for court ONCE!!!

So let's see...

Are we to believe that after all this fair and reasonable settlement that all we're left with is a crappy situation with a company that ANYONE could have bought shares in and currently adrift with no plans at around $2.50 or just a pinch over $3/share.

All these great NOLS and no company of any quality beating down our doors to take care of this amazing tax situation!!

If all that is known on this board doesn't materialize into something substantial to escrow after signing the releases and letting the crooks stay out of jail then Sussman is IMHO probably one of the WORST attorneys.

No amount of speculation can change what is in the public record or the facts.
No amount of comparing this to other BK's will even come close to the eventual outcome.

This was not a company that was insolvent, that is a FACT!
This was clearly a hostile theft orchastrated at the highest levels of the Obama administration for the prurpose of allowing a close associate and confident Jamie Dimon and JPMC access to a southern USA takeover of a well respected 100 year old banking institution.

If you want to remain free in this country and belive that the law matters then you better pray real hard that these sumbags are held accountable!!

Even though say a $5 escow payment to commons would be something it wouldn't come close or even repair the damage caused by this debacle.

Yes, I hope every day LG is right because if his detractors are proved right then there's a bigger picture and that is this great country is lost forever.
