I cant speak for the SEC and other law enforcement agencies. I am sure 100% of the illegal activity has not been subject to investigation. I am sure illegal activity currently exists, but has not been subject to investigation. But the former CEO of USEI has been investigated and is currently sitting in jail.

Is USEI really a cannabis company? Where are the cannabis products? Importing cheap vape pens, with your own logo, makes you a cannabis company?

Management has a history of broken promises (edibles, audited financials) and outright lies (Singular 96), and uses third party individuals to spread rumors (celebrity endorsement).

It's because Miller learned from the previous MJ scams like FRTD. Lay low and don't put out BS PR's everyday. And most importantly don't piss off someone who has the SEC's ear.

BS PR's + a pinks climbing SP for no reason = a turd reaching the SEC's nostril.
