Unfortunately it looks like that production run got pushed back another couple of months at least. It used to say July 2014, now it's estimated to be September.

This is from the March 6 MINT prototype announcement..."announced today that it has begun the process of manufacturing its advanced design Silicon Organic Hybrid Transceiver prototype and has released the completed chip design to OpSIS Inc., who will be producing initial silicon wafers. Delivery of the wafers is expected in early summer."

There's still the IMEC devices though.

Also, LWLG should be resubmitting for the NSF grant this month based on data from the October 2013 SOH prototype.
