i think the board was letting manu build paint varnish & line the casket with silk. they then threw his ass in and "DUMPED" a ton of shares on top!!
i can respect a visionary but i certainly can't respect stupid. manu imo was stupid. stupid as in he was way to trusting and not understand how a public company works. also his ego thinking he could be chairman, ceo & cfo with no stock experience!
