Obviously it's a mutually beneficial agreement between the two. $MINE has some pretty sharp people at the helm, and I don't think there are any worries that they would have made a move which isn't 100% in $MINE's best interests. They do everything methodically and strategically. No worries at all in my mind.

I'm actually not concerned about that. I think what's happening is that the owners of the brand want to use a publicly traded corporation like (MINE) how it will be received after the test run in 2011.

If it's not well received,they come out with their reputations more or less intact with little liability/negative effect to their other businesses.

If however, it succeeds, you'll see them assume a bigger role in level5/MINE, including ownership interest and managerial control not to mention partaking in the appreciation of the shares of the company.

That's the way I interpret the famous "giants in the shadows" portion, several PR's ago.
