Whats everybody's take on the Fact that we don't own Vitamin Fizz out right. We payed for the rights to distribute it. We collect a percentage of the profits and There is a renewal term in the the contract after a certain time. Vitamin Fizz owners can use us to get started and off the ground but what protects us long term. The Celebrity endorsement is for Vitamin Fizz not for Level 5 or coffee boost. This concerns me. What legally ties them to us for the long haul besides good faith?
Can Vitamin Fizz get bought out with out any legal or financial ties to us? We need some Mine lawyers to look in to this.
