If early has time to respond to you and he is actually out trying to sell the product, there is no reason that she can't. Most likely she needs someone to script a response for you or is just going to ignore you.. When I tried getting in touch with the company all they did was refer it over to small cap. After getting the run around and listening to other shareholders who constantly got run around, I started looking into the players running this company and got a whole different perspective and a new opinion about it..
