How can I be 100% wrong on a statement I don't believe I ever made? You should have no problem providing some links to posts on this board where I have stated, "WSGI's patent application was denied." According to you, there are "multiple" posts to choose from.
I have stated WSGI's current claims are, in effect, unpatentable which is a fair assumption based on the unfavorable PCT report.
You seemed to be in agreement when you stated in "layman" terms, "The purpose of the letter was to tell wsgi that he has some claims out there and that particular opinion is that the changes made at eastcore were not quite enough."
