I've never mentioned anything about last year. Point is SEC suspension will shave about 80% of every AEGY investors money away... That's a fact either way you want to spin it...

Why does that matter as the market is drying up - and PHOT is still down 80% since the suspension.

When the volume is gone - you are stuck with shares no matter what the price is - on the greys after a few weeks or a month the volume is gone.
