Ah. . .the old junk working unit split story and "psyops" talking points.

It reminds me of the time the old IR guy claimed that they were looking for a better location near the beach when, in fact, they had been evicted for not paying their rent for over a year.

If Kroplin had no claim of intellectual property in the States, why was Sanswire paying millions to license something that didn't exist?

Regardless, the situation is a far cry from Indy's claim that WSGI holds a patent on the ARGUS design for the next 15-20 years.

WSGI has never had a patent granted and owns no actual intellectual property. However, they are an authorized re-seller of satellite airtime and sat-phones. . .Their overhead is just a tad bit higher than your average strip mall store that provides the same services.

And I never claimed there was a patent violation. That wouldn't occur until the company actually came up with a viable working model that they were selling. IMO, the odds on that are long.
