If your claim that no intellectual infringement would occur in the US is true, I suppose that would make the millions Sanswire/WSGI previously transferred to Tao for license rights to Kroplin's intellectual property in the US a big fraud. And Kroplin is not the only individual mentioned in the report.

If a strat WiFi service for underdeveloped countries is what we aim for, should we not try to file something in those countries...or oh wait...maybe they don't even respect IP rights in those countries?
