I think the rumors are getting out of hand. This is my take.

I thought USEI was talking to a celebrity that was going to introduce them to another celebrity that might know a celebrity that could in turn endorse USEI for money or stock.

Seriously, looking at the last 10-k from March USEI only had $124,000 in cash, which it too low to obtain a celebrity endorsement.

USEI would need to get another loan or dilute the stock to be able to afford a celebrity like Vanilla Ice or MC Hammer.
