What happened to the 'celebrity' announcement?

This beloved Twitter poster should not be believed and his opinions are suspect. Is he the appointed Director of Investor Relations? If his statements were true, why has the CEO been silent? Considering USEI releases press releases about everything, why is sharing this 'important' news been given to a random guy on Twitter? Doesn't make sense.
