Release.... there are a few who really got burned on this one (ACE being one and maybe even WC) who may have the deep pockets and enough anger to pursue a law suit. But if history repeats itself nothing will happen as you say. Speculators will simply move on and waste money on another CEO's BS pump and dump. Most never learn because they are looking for get rich schemes. And the CEO's know this so they exploit that sense of greed.
FH was and is a rotten apple. I and a few other have known this for a decade. But nobody would listen. We were called bashers. Get rich quick has been the bait that clouds judgement. That bait has bitten me a few times...I must admit.
