Isn't this the point of buying and selling stock? Buy low sell high? You normally don't invest to break even or lose money. Everyone is a "would be seller" if the company is profitable and you can make money.
Yes, of course. But in this particular case I think the promo and the attempt to set up a "working" website are intended to accommodate people on the inside who want to sell. They no doubt got their stock very cheap, but they'd like to sell for a little more than the current price.
