Speculation on share price:
They have been circumspect on selling, whether by choice or limited supply , not known.
The original plan to get quantities of shares issued did not go as planed.
The second plan to get quantities of share issued did not go as planed.

It will be interesting to see the 10-K that is due soon.

My guess is that a lot of people are way underwater on this right now and are waiting on news that is theoretically coming in the next few weeks.
