What have I missed here in the last month?

The promoters finally read the Washington marijuana regs,
The company they are buying onto has no land, even thought that is why they are buying Sunshine Farms.
The new director has a "residence" with greenhouses. (he is supposed to work exclusively for the company.
The CEO got 10,000,000 share that no one knew about.
People are POed about the 200 to 1 RS that was included in the March merger.
but not announced.
Maybe some insider trading 27 MAY.

There are other things but that's the high lights.
