Why do they have to hire a "Metal Ore Scientist" (metallurgist) to oversee processing for a week? Why can't we find out any details of the mine in English? Someone translated a Spanish document with the details and I have no idea if it's accurate or not since I don't speak the language:
7.1. the partner will bring the total sum of US $10,000.00 (ten thousand and 00100 dollars of the United States of America), which will be disbursed progressively in accordance with the budget of payments which must be delivered by the ASOCIANTE and approved by the associate, who shall make payments directly to various creditors.
7.2. the partner will additionally deliver and if necessary to the ASOCIANTE the sum of $3,000.00 (three thousand and 00/100 dollars of the United States of America) as a mutual cash, which it will have a 15% annual interest (15 per cent), that will have to be returned within a maximum of two (02) calendar days after having sold the processed ore and the payment has already been made. Also, remember you can not sell ore raw, unless there is prior agreement and written consent of both parties.
