The SEC investigation leading to the suspension of AEGY for stock fraud should be "keepn' it real" for ya ;-)

The SEC doesn't release specifics of the investigation as further criminal charges may follow upon further investigation. No matter, one thing for sure... AEGY was found to have defrauded investors...
