And what do you mean "the facility is not even there?? An investor who lives in Canada posted the reverse angle picture of the facility. Supreme posted a picture and this guy drove out to the location and took a picture from the opposite angle. Your statement "I am 100% positive this is a scam" is pretty bold. Have you gone to this facility yourself? Are you aware that surrounding businesses have commented on someone coming to introduce themselves as the new owner of the greenhouse? How did all the greenhouse pictures get taken? All these forms of proof all seperate in origin yet because in some listing it says that the Greenhouse would be removed prior to sale. I'm curious when was that posted? If it was before last fall I can see why that might be on there. The previous owner .. A beer company... I believe went bankrupt and a sale was needed. My dad just sold a plot of land.. It had a shed on it and he listed that on request he would remove the shed. That's kinda what that sounds like to me. Lucky them we needed a greenhouse. That would also explain why we got the property and facility at a bargain. If you can see an issue with my reasoning by all means point it out but I still don't see anything that would 100% cause me to see this as a scam.

Wow, where to begin. Subco was the legal reference in the documents so that the real name was not disclosed. #2. The reference about tearing down the greenhouse was on the original sellers listing and the full listing stated "if the buyer requests".

I'm pretty sure I know. Google the subsidiary owners name, why wasn't he even mentioned before? They dat they own the facility, now they don't. Hmmm the sister company does, not sprwf. The sister company are the growers, with that even said, there are way more questions than answers. I was a fan until I discovered the dark truth about them. The facility used to be storage place for beer up until 5 years ago, then was purchased to grow tomatoes now this Bruce tomato industry is selling it years later, yet looks like it hasn't been touched in years.
