in who's mind? Technically, anything under $5.00 is a "penny stock" and as such the SEC requires a "penny stock warning" in the filings if you avg. price is below $5.00 p/s. To be more accurate you should say ".28 to being under $1.00" – In any event, I sure hope it gets there; I would love to load up under $1.00 here, that would be great. Once financing comes through we will reverse course, if the unknown and nervous folks are selling into this, great for LT holders, JMHO.
