Dude,

I do not believe USEI is legit and I firmly believe this will prove to be a scam.

1) Where are the promised audited financials?
2) The last set of financials (which were unaudited) showed USEI has a tiny amount of cash and zero revenue. So how can they possibly fund any growth plans?
3) USEI announced lots of 'agreements', but intentionally did not provide any details.
4) There is no way USEI can achieve what they promised....farming, retail stores, edibles, dispensary, consumer products, oil. This just is not going to happen
5) In the last pr, USEI admitted they are not achieving much and said things are very slow.
6) Where are the edibles and who is doing the cooking in that questionable kitchen?
7) To achieve their promises, USEI needs chefs, bakers, farmers, scientists, sales people....has anyone seen any 'help wanted' ads?

While other companies are making tons of money, USEI still has no money making products. These inexpensive vape pens, which can be purchased anywhere, is nothing to get excited about.

USEI is a scam and the stock is down huge today.
