Melly, correct me if I'm wrong here, but as long as you are holding shares in WNTR as of COB June 30, your Green Fund Dividend shares will be based on the number of shares shares you have as of that date. Any R/S after COB June 30, will not affect the number of Green Fund Shares you will get.

Also, to ease some of the doubter's minds, If I remember correctly, Frank said that there would be "NO R/S to complete this Dividend", so the total share divy will be based solely on the number of shares of WNTR you own on June 30.

And to add to that, July 31st is the latest you should actually receive the shares, if I am not mistaken.
