Correct me if I'm wrong here, but as long as you are holding shares in WNTR as of COB June 30, your Green Fund Dividend shares will be based on the number of shares shares you have as of that date.

You are correct.

Frank said that there would be "NO R/S to complete this Dividend", so the total share divy will be based solely on the number of shares of WNTR you own on June 30.
