OT Bulldzer

After the last lunch at Bonnie's, I hung around the bar and listened to Tucker and Rockitt try and give me a play by play on Miss R's performance at the game they attended. They argued about each at bat and each throw that she made. They sounded like Abbot and Costello. The game was shorter than their first hand renditions. Now that I look at the picture, there is a striking resemblance between the two of them. They certainly argue like family members. Everytime Senior would start to say something, Junior would chime in with "is this going to be a short story". I finally had tell them about the hairlipped pharmacist and left them there squabbling away. If 3g had been in place, I could have hit a speed dial and pointed my phone toward Lincoln and Douglas and you would have been entertained all the way back to Willis. The one thing that they agreed on was that Miss R is the real deal. Now I see the little chicken hawk has made the All Star team also. They must take after that bowling hustling bride of yours. Once I saw you try to handle that digiyal camera, I knew which one of you had the eye-hand coordination and that person was not present. Tell those little Leghorns that Uncle Loop is proud of their accomplishments and remind Miss R about my front row seat at the Olympics.

Bulldzr and Joel re proxy vote updates

Even though the proxy votes are being tabulated by some outside firm, I would imagine that IDCC can get a tabulated updates of the voting every day. I don't know this for sure, but I am basing it on an earlier post. Some poster had called Janet just after the proxy voting began, and according to the poster Janet indicated that the No votes were winning at that point. I don't remember who the poster was or exactly when it was posted, but I do remember the gist of that post. IDCC is paying the outside firm for this tabulating service and should be entitled to updates.

Also I don't ever recall IDCC requesting additional shareholder votes for as long as I have been a shareholder, since the early 1990's. It seemed to me that they were pleading for additional votes from the people who have not yet voted. Now ask yourself, why do you think they would now be pleading for additional votes when they have never done that before? Just a little deductive reasoning tells me that the option votes are going against them.

According to the 14A Goldberg has to exercise his options during 3rd quarter of 2003 or loose them. Do you have an idea how many this will be. It shows he has 432,431 exercisable.

I am not panicing, but would like to an idea, as this is very soon in fact 6 to 9 period?
