LOL - I thought I recognized some differences in equipment and specs...

Well, giving up for now - can't get the Free Overdrive scan to run in Google Chrome, IE or Mozilla Firefox...says they have discontinued support for Neptune browser, which I never heard of before...

I created a password,signed in and got the e-mail verification...adjusted Active X as per instructions to no effect.
Brain is cramping from jumping through endless hoops...

Got it work by un-checking Active X filtering on IE's tools menu.

Quite a bit of difference between your Mom's new machine and mine.
