Manu stated they expect revenues of least 17 million on the film yellow, because that's what they have it on the books for, couple that with the stated value of the land, as per the lease agreement, of over 22 million and this represents their approximate 40 million dollars needed to finance Phase 1 by the end of the year. Is there not one, just one, financial institutions out of the 18,000 plus banks and credit unions in this country(I sold software to community banks for a decade so I know this) that would lend them the money based on this collateral? Just one? I believe there is and it's probably right down there in Savannah, because there are several. Banks are healthier now, have weathered the real estate meltdown and would take that deal. Just a matter of time now my friend. I think we'll get the announcement of secured bank financing within the month. Manu also stated in a tweet, that if bank financing was secured by July, Phase 1 would be completed by the end of the year. Medient has two major films being released in August, Yellow and The Battle for Banaras, one by a world class, proven and well known director, and a third, The New Wilderness, being released shortly there after?

We have definitely weathered a very big dilution storm, but the sky is clearing and I think most people can see that now.....just a matter of time and the PPS will be trading well over a penny and into silver IMO!! The picture is becoming more and more clear as we go along and it's going to be a frick'n Rembrandt! I'm buying more next week....GO MDNT
