That will never occur. There will be no merger, and there never was going to be any merger, and both these cos knew it. They both must have fully current audited returns filed w the SEC to merge , and last I saw there wasn't even an auditor named. But, that's irrelevant because no Auditor of sound mind would ever sign off on what SKTO pulled w their " acquisitions" . Complete trash

nonsense. AEGY is done from the public side of things. grey market always matters. Do a little research on SEC suspended companies sent to da greys...
